No. Smart Inventory Keeper is back-office Inventory & Purchase only. POS and retail front-end features are excluded and handled as separate scopes.
Yes. We configure multi-location warehouse structures including main warehouses, shelf/bin locations, and scrap zones, so you can track stock accurately across locations.
Yes. With Min/Max reordering rules, the system can automatically generate draft RFQs when stock reaches defined thresholds—reducing both overstocking and stockouts by replacing guessing with rules.
We support standard Odoo-compatible barcode scanners. We do not troubleshoot legacy devices or non-standard setups. Hardware selection guidance can be provided, but hardware/network/printer troubleshooting is outside this pack.
No. We provide the system tools and setup for stock taking, but the physical counting process is the responsibility of the client team. We can guide the process and templates, but execution is not included.
Yes. We enable perpetual inventory valuation reporting (based on standard Odoo valuation methods) so management can see stock value without waiting for month-end corrections.
