The client & the challenge
Start with the business.
Etihad Al Khaledia operates in Saudi real estate development, leasing and property services. Its operating requirements extend beyond a contract to the financial obligations and maintenance activity that follow.
Property and finance teams need to retain the relationship between the tenant, the unit, the rental schedule and the service work required. Maintenance teams also need a route from a request to technician assignment, spare parts and procurement.
The solution at a glance
Follow the tenant relationship beyond the contract
Illustration of the documented solution scope and intended business value.

02

04

Follow invoicing, collections and analytical cost allocation.
The TDS approach
TDS’s Saudi team defined a connected workflow for rental real estate, CRM, helpdesk, maintenance, inventory, purchasing and accounting. The blueprint describes rental instalment invoices, commission handling and analytical distributions. It records an EJAR reference within the contract data; that reference is not a claim of an implemented EJAR integration.
Business value first
What the design makes possible
Keep lease obligations visible
The defined route from opportunity to contract and instalments gives commercial and finance teams a common structure for following tenant obligations.
Link service work to resources
Maintenance requests connect technician activity with spare-part availability and purchasing requirements in the documented workflow.
Retain property-level financial context
Analytical plans and cost centres provide the design basis for examining income and expenditure in their operational context.
This case presents the documented solution design. Delivery records cover the opening-balance and go-live preparation stage, and later records do not establish completion of the entire programme. Full rollout and quantified gains are not claimed.
What makes this case special
Industry knowledge, expressed in the workflow.
The differentiator is the connection between leasing, customer service and property economics. The design goes beyond a list of ERP modules to show how a tenant commitment becomes billing, service activity and financial information.
