The client & the challenge
Start with the business.
Al Omran manufactures home appliances in Saudi Arabia. Its operating requirements extend beyond production to the purchasing, stock, sales and financial activities that support the business.
The programme needed a dependable shared foundation for daily operations before expanding into additional workstreams. Preparing data, training users and supporting adoption were essential parts of making the system usable in practice.

The TDS approach
TDS’s Saudi team implemented the core purchasing, inventory, sales, accounting and CRM scope. The September 2025 delivery report confirms the core modules were finalised, training delivered and go-live completed, followed by support. Later workstreams were sequenced separately while users became familiar with the core system.
Business value first
What the design makes possible
A live common platform
The confirmed core go-live establishes a shared foundation across commercial, inventory and financial functions.
Adoption as part of delivery
Training and post-go-live support were included in the recorded delivery, helping teams move from configuration to daily use.
A disciplined expansion sequence
Separating the live core from later phases keeps the transformation aligned with operational readiness.
The September 2025 report confirms core go-live, training and support. It does not establish completion of all manufacturing, after-sales, project or POS workstreams. No quantified inventory, cost or productivity improvement is asserted.
