ICEraQ Pico
Self-contained demonstrator for proofs of concept and events.
GRC single-phase immersion cooling submerges your servers in a safe, non-conductive fluid that captures 100% of their heat. It brings Egypt's hottest, densest compute under control. TDS supplies, designs and supports it locally.
We've put a working GRC ICEraQ Pico on the Raya IT stand. Come and look into the tank, see servers running fully submerged, and ask our data-center team how the same technology scales from one demo unit to a multi-megawatt AI hall.
The Pico on our stand runs the same single-phase immersion cooling as GRC's ICEraQ SX Duo, built for enterprise and AI halls.
A short film on why TDS partnered with GRC, and what you'll see at the Raya IT booth.
AI accelerators run hotter every generation. In a 40–50°C summer, air cooling burns power and water that should be going to compute.
MENA summers push chillers and CRAC units to their limits, driving up cooling cost and risk.
Modern GPU racks outgrow what air can remove. Air-cooled halls typically stall below 20 kW per rack.
In a typical air-cooled facility, cooling adds close to 70% on top of the IT load. Immersion brings it to about 3%.
ElectroSafe® dielectric fluid flows up from the bottom of the rack through the servers and absorbs all of their heat. Server fans are removed.
Warm fluid passes through the rack's integrated heat exchanger. Only two moving parts in normal operation: one pump and one control valve.
A facility water loop carries the heat to a dry cooler or chiller, or to reuse as hot water. Supply water can run warm (40°C) or cold (13°C).

The 670 kW difference isn't just a smaller electricity bill. It's UPS capacity, generators and switchgear you don't have to buy. In an existing hall, it's power you already pay for that goes back to compute.

| Metric | Air cooling | GRC immersion |
|---|---|---|
| Rack density | <20 kW | Up to 184 kW (ICEraQ SX) |
| Cooling energy | Baseline | Up to 90% less |
| PUE / pPUE | ~1.70 | <1.03 pPUE |
| Server power draw | Fans included | ~11% lower (fans removed) |
| Heat captured | 60–70% even with direct-to-chip | 100% |
| Build cost | CRACs, raised floor, chillers | Up to 50% lower |

Every GRC system shares the same fluid, controls and monitoring, so a pilot grows into production without starting over.

Self-contained demonstrator for proofs of concept and events.

Edge rack that needs no chilled water at all.

Compact system with integrated CDU for edge and evaluation.

Enterprise and AI halls, with a 2N CDU option.

Why GRC
Green Revolution Cooling, founded in 2009 in Austin, Texas, built the first rack-based immersion cooling system. It still leads the market in single-phase immersion.
Strategic alliances with Dell, HPE, Cisco, Schneider, Shell, Castrol, Petronas and Park Place Technologies. In GRC's own partner network, TDS is the authorized solution partner for Egypt. grcooling.com ↗
Immersion cooling is a facility decision, an IT decision and an operations decision at once. TDS brings all three.
TDS's founders built their careers in hardware, software, networking, and data-center facility design and build, and are among the few recognized data-center experts in Egypt. That experience is behind TDS's immersion cooling practice, so every GRC project starts from real facility knowledge, not a brochure.
Site survey, power and water baseline, TCO model and immersion design for retrofit, hybrid or greenfield.
Our bid-to-cash platform for ICT integrators and telecom contractors, proven at ECOTEL Holding and LTS.
Dashboards, alerting and predictive insight on top of GRC's telemetry, built by our AI division.
